Vata

The Vata elements are earth and air.

Vata is responsible for all of the functions of our mind and body as well as our nerve impulses. 

The quality of Vata is Life. Their body type is usually thin and wiry with cool, dry skin. They need moisture and lubrication to keep their skin looking its best. 

Mentally, they are excitable and emotional.

  Physically, they have thick and more oily skin. They have a tendency to a slow metabolism which increases watery issues like sinusitis, mucous issues, water retention, headaches and excess weight.

  Kapha benefits from oils that are warm and mildly stimulating. This Blend will harmoniously deliver the elements of nature to help you balance your body, mind, and soul.

  The quality of Pitta is light. The Pitta body type is a medium build, well- proportioned. Pitta’s nature is fiery. They are generally warm with mix skin type.
