LOOKING FOR WAYS TO REDUCE YOUR CELLULITE?
This post is for you!❤️ I used to have bad cellulite myself, but these few tips have helped me so much!
Tip 1: Clean diet! Limit unhealthy fats intake, gluten, diary, processed food, salt, sugar, inorganic meat- I know it sounds like a lot but trust me a healthy diet is life changing😍 and you don't have to cut things out of your diet completely, just start paying more attention to what you put in your body. You will see the difference on the inside and outside❣️
Tip 2: Exercise regularly! I found weight lifting (therefore building muscles) is very helpful with getting rid of my cellulite and this is why : "When you lose muscle or don't have much of it, there's no underlying foundation, so fat clumps up," Ph.D. Professor Westcott says.
Tip 3: Drink plenty of water and green tea every day ! So important to flush out those toxins out of your body.
Tip 4: Exfoliate and massage regularly. Use scrubs (coffee was my favorite) and special brushes and massage/ scrub affected areas whenever in the shower.
Tip 5: Sweat out the toxins. Steam rooms, saunas at least three times a week after my workouts!
Tp 6: Comfortable clothes! Tight clothes, like jeans or even tight underwear cause bad circulation which is one of the causes of cellulite. As a teenager I only wore jeans and my cellulite was bad. Today I live in workout clothes😋 and my cellulite is gone 🙏🏽
Tip 7: Vitamins & supplements daily. Helps to maintain a healthy looking body.
To some of you this may seem a lot but trust me it's not. It's all about creating little habits that will make a huge difference in your life and change it for better foreverrrr ❤️
