HOW TO STAY ON TRACK WHILE TRAVELING/HOLIDAYS ✨

We all want to be able to enjoy ourselves during the holidays/traveling but unfortunately a lot of the time we end up falling off track which can make you feel stressed and discouraged when you get back.

I am a firm believer that life is about balance and if you’re smart about it, you can enjoy yourself to the fullest and still stay fit and healthy during and after your holidays.

Here are few tips that work for me!💕
1️⃣Intermittent fasting- try to fast 12h-16hours a day. I usually have my last meal 3 hours before sleep, sleep 8 hours, then don’t eat for the first hour after I wake up - that’s 12h right there! EASYYYY

Why is it so good for you?

Fasting for 12h-16h daily will help you repair your DNA, boost your metabolism and energy level, and will prevent you from consuming too many calories, which we tend to do during vocations as our diets are less strict! That way you don’t have to feel guilty over those drinks or desserts you’re having! And most of all, you give your liver time to perform auto-detoxification so you can feel healthy and energized!
2️⃣Have probiotic and a glass of warm water with lemon and apple cider (if possible) first thing in the morning before your breakfast- it will help your food digest better so you don’t feel bloated- which always happens to me as I eat different food during my holidays
3️⃣STAYING HYDRATED- drinking at least 7-9 glasses of water will help you flush out the toxins out of body- like the ones from the summer cocktails 🍹, and look lean and healthy 😉
4️⃣STAY ACTIVE- even if you can’t make it to the gym, try to go for a walk, morning jog, swim, or make sure you dance all night 😜
4️⃣ SUPPLEMENTS- they’re key for staying on track. It will help you keep a healthy and lean looking body.
